Job summary

Top Aces Inc. is seeking an Industry Liaison and ITB Manager to lead Canadian industrial participation efforts and ensure ITB compliance across defense programs.

You will interface with government stakeholders, Indigenous organizations, industry partners and internal teams to maximize value. The role requires a solid background in ITB, policy knowledge and strong relationship building, with a focus on driving proposals, partnerships and program execution while upholding Top Aces' values of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA asset.
• 5–10 years in Canadian defense, aerospace or government procurement.
• Experience with ITB policy, credit modelling or audits.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ITB strategies for major defense procurements.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and Indigenous engagement.
• Coordinate ITB plans, reports and compliance documentation.
• Support proposals and bid strategies for major programs.
• Track performance metrics and manage risks.
