Job summary

EY wavespace Assistant Director will lead end-to-end client experiences, guiding discovery, ideation, and strategic roadmaps for transformation initiatives. You will design immersive sessions, partner with clients to co-create approaches, and synthesize insights to drive value across engagements.

Based in Canada, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage executive stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance sessions and client experiences while advancing EY’s CX

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management consulting or equivalent business transformation experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Expertise in design thinking tools and methods.
• Fluency in French and English is required (bilingual).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EY wavespace experiences and design immersive innovation sessions.
• Collaborate with EY account teams to debrief insights and identify value opportunities.
• Capture and synthesize client feedback to strengthen relationships and drive opportunity development.
