Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Director to lead Canada’s wavespace and CX initiatives, shaping client transformation agendas and delivering immersive, collaborative sessions. You’ll engage stakeholders across industries, synthesize insights, and drive strategic roadmaps with a focus on exceptional client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in management consulting or related transformation roles, with strong design thinking expertise and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of management consulting or equivalent business transformation or corporate strategy experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Expertise in design thinking tools and methods.
• Fluency in French and English (bilingual) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EY wavespace experiences, driving discovery and alignments across clients.
• Design, prepare and execute immersive innovation sessions with client collaboration and insights.
• Collaborate with EY account teams to debrief insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Support the client experience approach by gathering and synthesizing client feedback and turning it into actionable insights.
