Job summary

Canada's National Ballet School (NBS) is seeking a Coordinator for Strategic Initiatives and Government Relations to support government relations, coordinate strategic projects, and expand the School’s community impact.

In this role, you will partner across departments, manage grant development and reporting, research funding opportunities, and help build partnerships that create new revenue opportunities while advancing NBS’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in arts administration or related field is valued.
• Fluency in French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Relations activities and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
• Assist with grant development and reporting timelines.
• Research funding opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate development and execution of strategic projects.
• Track project finances and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and administrative tasks.
• Support partnerships and community activations.
