Job summary

Canada's National Ballet School (NBS) is seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations and Government Relations to support government relations activities, coordinate strategic projects, and help expand community impact through partnerships and new revenue opportunities.

Reporting to the Director, this hybrid role involves two in-office days per week with occasional evenings and weekends for performances and events.

Qualifications

• University degree as listed or related discipline.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Relations activities and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
• Assist with grant proposals and reporting to align with timelines.
• Research funding opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate development and execution of strategic projects and community activations.
• Track project finances and maintain documentation.
