Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Canada is seeking a Manager in Infrastructure Advisory. The role focuses on financial and commercial analysis for major capital projects, procurement strategy, and client advisory services across sectors. You will support governance, funding, and project delivery while engaging stakeholders and ensuring value within budgets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar advisory role for public and private sector clients.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation, report writing and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in financial analysis and financial modeling (e.g., DCF).
• Knowledge of project delivery methods (DBB, DB, CM, PDB, P3) and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft financial reports, business cases, and procurement-related analyses.
• Coordinate proposals and develop complex financial models.
• Engage stakeholders and advise on capital project objectives and community needs.
• Support strategic planning and financial structuring of capital programs.
• Contribute to procurement documents, options analyses, and client presentations.
• Provide funding strategy assessments and benchmarking research.
