Job summary

ICTC is seeking a Senior Advisor, Industry and Ecosystem Engagement to support workforce development in Ontario. This full-time, 12-month term role focuses on employer outreach, industry engagement, and partnership development with manufacturing sector stakeholders.

You will translate industry needs into program insights and help strengthen ICTC's relationships across the ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management, business development experience, and knowledge of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, partnership development, industry engagement, or stakeholder management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets; strong network in Ontario’s business landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in workforce development or ecosystem-building is a plus

Responsibilities

Activate industry networks to engage manufacturing SMEs and sector stakeholders.
Lead relationship development with manufacturers, associations, and ecosystem partners.
Support recruitment and onboarding of participating employers; foster long-term engagement.
Communicate workforce needs and industry priorities to inform program delivery.
Provide regular updates on employer engagement activities and industry insights.
