Job summary

Fundserv is seeking an organized Industry Engagement Specialist to support initiatives across the Canadian investment fund ecosystem. You will coordinate advisory councils, working groups, and governance activities while gathering feedback through Fundserv’s processes.

You will build strong relationships with industry members and internal teams, plan meetings, prepare materials, and track action items to drive informed decisions. Bilingual French/English bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing stakeholder engagement, member relationships, project coordination, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support advisory councils, industry working groups, committees, focus groups, and stakeholder forums.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with industry members and internal stakeholders.
• Interact with business leads to facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Support industry events and engagement activities, including meeting planning, logistics, communications, and follow-up.
• Develop surveys, collect industry feedback, and summarize findings to support informed decision-making.
