Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a human resources advisor to partner with managers and employees, delivering integrated advisory services across organizational design, talent management, acquisition, training, compensation, and workplace relations.

You will diagnose issues, advise on solutions, develop objectives and action plans, and analyze data to write reports, with a focus on equity, diversity and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes.
• Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues.
• Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans.
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.
