Job summary

McLean & Company, a division of Info-Tech Research Group, seeks an Inside Account Executive for the HR Division to manage client relationships and drive year-over-year renewals. This hybrid role blends account management with proactive sales activity, leveraging networks, marketing leads, referrals, and moves to new organizations.

You will align with HR Executives and the McLean resource pool—including software, analytics, advisory, and research—to grow revenue through strategic conversations,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education: minimum College Diploma.
• 2+ years B2B sales plus University Degree or 5+ years B2B sales plus College Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts with regular service calls to ensure alignment and usage of the McLean membership.
• Work marketing leads and perform warm/cold calls to book onsite sales presentations.
• Collaborate with Research and Product Teams to support clients.
• Grow revenue by identifying referrals and pursuing opportunities when clients move to new companies.
• Identify client needs aligned with Workshop, Executive Services, Consulting, and Training offerings.
• Solicit feedback and testimonials from current accounts.
• Record client details and account notes in CRM and follow internal reporting processes.
