Job summary

ATCO Structures is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead pursuit strategies for modular construction projects in Quebec & Ottawa. Based in La Prairie, you will develop proposals, qualify opportunities, and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to win contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales in construction or design, a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma, and strong communication and risk assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required; engineering/design/construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in construction, engineering design, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory and achieve annual revenue target.
• Develop proposals and RFP responses across the lifecycle from inception to award.
• Review, analyze and interpret construction contracts and associated risk.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Track and adapt to market trends and conditions.
