Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with Canadian bar in good standing.
• Experience advising on corporate/commercial law and governance.
• Experience with employment and labour relations.
• Experience with boards and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal strategy, governance, and compliance to the Executive Team and Board.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including sponsorships and licensing.
• Assess legal risks and ensure regulatory and ethical governance.
• Provide guidance on employment and human rights matters.
