Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience practicing law at a leading Bay Street firm or in-house legal team.
• Proven experience in complex transactions, corporate structuring, and regulatory affairs.
• Strong familiarity with deep tech, nuclear energy, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief legal advisor to the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Lead all corporate legal matters, including contracts and regulatory filings.
• Develop and oversee corporate governance frameworks and risk management policies.
