Job summary

ATB Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Fund Sales (ATB Investment Management). You will lead internal sales, educate financial advisors, and drive adoption of ATBIM products across regions, partnering with SFAs and FAs to advance the investment philosophy and value proposition to Albertans.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with portfolio managers and sub-advisors, support conference and event sponsorships, and act as a brand ambassador for ATB Wealth initiatives across Alberta.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or related field.
• Investment sales/advisory experience or related education strongly preferred (CFA, CFP, CSC or CIM).
• 5–10 years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the investment industry (structure, products, trends).
• Strong team player with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a business plan to connect with advisors.
• Develop high-trust relationships with financial advisors.
• Educate the advisor community on ATBIM’s products and competitive advantage.
• Organize calls, panels, and podcasts with sub-advisors and PMs to promote funds.
• Meet with advisors in all regions to position the ATBIM suite.
• Attend industry events and conferences to host advisors on behalf of ATBIM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate about ATBIM funds.
• Travel within Alberta to meet with financial advisors as needed.
