Job summary

Coveo is seeking an Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with R&D and G&A leaders, owning budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, and workforce planning from end-to-end. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, influence senior leaders, and drive efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar
• Finance Business Partner with ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong understanding of cost structures, workforce planning, Opex, and resource allocation
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool experience (Sigma/Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary financial partner for R&D and G&A leaders, owning budgets, forecasts, headcount plans and workforce planning end-to-end
• Understand operational/financial drivers of each function, including compensation, tech investments, external resources, and spending
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to evaluate investments and improve efficiency
• Prepare and present financial analyses for reviews, planning cycles, and resource requests
• Liaise between business leaders, HR Partners, and Corporate FP&A for alignment and visibility
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting; collaborate with BI team to improve reporting and data visualization
