Sooke School District seeks a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for a permanent part-time (0.5 FTE), in-office role in Langford. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, supervising staff in a shared leadership model.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will help drive strategic financial decisions and support one of BC's fastest-growing districts with strong emphasis on growth and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• CPA designation in good standing required
• Minimum three years public sector experience; education sector preferred
• Experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized setting
• Budget development, financial analysis, reporting for executives
• Knowledge of Atrieve ERP is an asset
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with host and internet-based apps
• Public/education sector experience preferred
