Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services are representing a fast-scaling manufacturing client for a Manager, FP&A in the Greater Toronto Area. The role focuses on driver-based financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and ERP/dashboard skills are required. The candidate will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate stakeholders, delivering insightful analysis and improving forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of hands-on FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modelling and planning skills.
• Expertise in cash flow modelling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop driver-based financial models for production metrics.
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts with scenarios.
• Produce margin analysis and cost variance insights.
• Support ERP implementation and dashboard reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely reporting.
