Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 10+ years in manufacturing finance/accounting.
• Experience in leadership roles such as Controller or Site Controller.
• Strong FP&A, cost and manufacturing accounting expertise.
• Proven ability to partner with operations leadership.
• Experience mentoring accounting and finance teams.
• Strong ERP, financial systems and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Goderich mine and site operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses for capital projects.
• Monitor cost performance and profitability metrics.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Coach and develop site finance personnel.
• Partner with operations to drive productivity initiatives.
