Job summary

Ice River Sustainable Solutions in Shelburne, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A & Operational Finance to lead strategic finance across a growing manufacturing organization. The role partners with Operations and Commercial to drive profitability and long-term growth, shaping executive decision-making.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, build executive dashboards, and mentor a finance team. Hybrid work and a competitive salary with bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and accounting/finance degree.
• 10+ years FP&A/operational/financial leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting experience.
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for manufacturing.
• Lead monthly management reporting with executive insights.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to boost profitability via pricing & margins.
• Analyze profitability by product, plant, customer, and SKU.
• Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Drive capital planning with ROI analyses and business cases.
• Lead working capital and cash flow forecasting; optimize inventory cash.
• Build executive dashboards and KPIs for performance visibility.
• Champion process improvements and reporting automation.
• Prepare and deliver executive and Board-level financial presentations.
• Coach Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant; nurture a high-performing team.
