Job summary

Salesforce is looking for a Data and Financial Reporting Analyst to support the Data, Analytics and Reporting team within the Prospect-to-Cash Operations organization. You will deliver business intelligence and data solutions for Credit and Collections, shaping data stories that drive scale and efficiency in support of Salesforce's Operating Cash Flow.

You will own recurring financial reporting, deliver ad-hoc analysis to leaders, and lead automation projects to remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance and Strategy, Accounting, Operations, or Business Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Owns recurring financial and business reporting for the America Credit and Collections function, including KPIs, dashboards and scorecards in Tableau, Snowflake and Salesforce.
• Delivers ad-hoc analysis and strategic support to business leaders, including workforce planning and growth-trend forecasting.
• Drives end-to-end process improvement and automation projects, partnering with Operations, Data Engineering and Business Systems teams.
• Creates and presents executive-level reports translating data into actionable recommendations.
