Job summary

SureLine Projects Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, oversee full-cycle accounting, and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role partners with operations and project teams to provide actionable financial insights and strengthen internal controls. Reporting to the Controller, you will develop the finance team, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate reporting, sophisticated analysis, and compliant financial practices for sustained

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive accounting experience at a senior level or equivalent.
• Full-cycle accounting experience including month-end and year-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, internal controls, and tax requirements.
• Experience with project accounting, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, billing and project profitability analysis.
• People leadership experience; payroll knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial statements and management reports with analysis.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close with external accountants.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Lead a finance team including AR, AP, purchasing, payroll, and admin functions.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements across finance functions.
