Job summary

Reporting to the corporate leadership team, you will drive planning, budgeting, external audits, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP while supporting executive decision-making. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Mining, natural resources, industrial, or project-based sector experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting public company reporting requirements is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial modeling.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive and operational decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate performance, capital allocation, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Canada and US, IFRS mandatory; US GAAP desirable.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and financial advisors.
