Job summary

NexHealth is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to own FP&A, evaluate strategic opportunities, and tell NexHealth’s financial story to executives. You’ll partner with Sales, Operations, and the leadership team to inform capital allocation and growth decisions.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, build executive dashboards, and drive monthly closes in a high‑visibility role that translates operational drivers into financial outcomes as NexHealth scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic finance or equivalent high‑rigor finance role.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end analytical projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong cross‑functional partnering and translating data into decisions.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, BI platforms and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Partner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline performance, quota attainment, and revenue trends.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Operations, translating drivers into financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Drive the monthly and quarterly close from a finance perspective.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting infrastructure, and analytics frameworks.
• Support M&A and fundraising processes end‑to‑end, including due diligence and materials.
