Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a farm enterprise in Kimberley to recruit an accomplished Farm Business Manager. You will steer financial planning, market analysis, and sales strategies to drive profitability and growth across the farm's commercial operations.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide a high-performing business administration team, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business management, finance, or marketing within agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and investment analysis.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance farm profitability and sustainability.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies for farm products.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other business partners.
