The role we are offering:
By joining our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Company and business units in achieving strategic objectives. You will report to the head of Enterprise Risk Management to support all aspects of the ERM program, including:
Strategy:
Oversee the annual update of risk appetite and tolerance.
Conduct annual BU updates and enterprise updates during strategic and business planning processes.
Risk Identification, Monitoring, and Reporting:
Support divisions in risk assessments for bids, proposals, and incubation projects.
Conduct deep-dives and forward-looking risk assessments, including the annual enterprise geopolitical risk assessment.
Lead/support ad hoc risk assessments/scenario analysis.
Research emerging risks and provide insights.
Collaborate with other risk functions to develop and implement integrated risk frameworks, processes, and guidelines.
Culture: Enhance risk culture and awareness through employee training and enterprise communication campaigns.
Technology: Support risk owners with risk-management platforms.
Governance:
Support quarterly risk report preparation and distribution to division leaders, ERM Committee, Executive Management, and Board.
Support ERM liaison programs across divisions.
Improve risk management in governance and business processes like strategic planning, capital allocation, crisis management, disclosures, sustainability, and incubation.
Lead annual updates of ERM policies and presentations to the Audit Committee.

A strategic mindset with the ability to understand and explain complex frameworks.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Result-oriented and entrepreneurial spirit.
Curiosity, positivity, and pragmatism.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual in English and French is an asset).
Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics, risk management, or related experience.
Risk management certifications (RIMS, FERMA, GRMI) are assets.
10 years of relevant experience.
