Job summary

Based in the DeGroote Student Services team, you will identify employer relationships, plan programs, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic employer development plans with clearly defined objectives.
• Conduct interviews and focus groups with students, professionals, and employers.
• Coordinate promotional events such as information sessions and career fairs.
• Develop and deliver presentations at conferences and workshops.
• Write business plans and proposals for experiential learning programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
