Southlake Health is seeking a Director, Central Region Cancer Programs in Newmarket to provide strategic leadership for the Central Region Cancer Program and the Southlake Regional Cancer Centre. Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model who exemplifies Southlake's values and commitment to patient- and family-centred care.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Regional Cancer Program and the Southlake Regional Cancer Centre, collaborating with senior leadership and interprofessional teams.
• Collaborate with regional partner organizations to strengthen integration and coordination of cancer services across the Central Region.
• Establish and advance the Cancer Program vision, annual strategic goals, and priorities in alignment with corporate strategy and provincial priorities.
• Translate imperatives into clear program direction, goals, and actionable plans with accountability for outcomes.
• Lead strategic planning for current and future cancer services, considering regional and provincial contexts and embracing evidence and innovation.
• Allocate resources to meet program needs and objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee annual operating planning, including HR, finance, capital, and IT requirements, and monitor performance data.
