As
s a Strategic Development Program Trainee (Showroom), you will progress through a five-phase program designed to educate you on every aspect of our business. This includes areas such as shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more, with a primary focus on the showroom.
As a Showroom Consultant, you will assist customers with expert product selection and provide design advice. Your goal is to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, enabling us to meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets while maximizing profit-sharing.

Salary Range - $45,000 + Profit Sharing
