Strategic Development Program Trainee - Langford BC

• Full-time

EMCO Langford is a residential plumbing wholesaler offering a full-time position for Strategic Development Trainee. As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5-phase program to learn various aspects of our business, including shipping, receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000

Additional duties include:

Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Learn about our products, their journey from vendor to customer, and all levels of sales support.

Phase 2 - Counter/Operations: Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more. Transition from assisting customers with product issues to managing large projects.

Phase 3 - Outside Sales/Account Management: Develop skills to find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 4 - Career Path Development: Use your training to determine your ideal career trajectory.
