EMCO Corporation is seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee in Windsor, Ontario. This 4-phased program covers warehouse operations, customer relationships, account management, and leadership responsibilities.

Salary is $43k–$45k per year with opportunities for growth. Candidates should have a College/University degree and a strong customer-service orientation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid Ontario Driver's License.

Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.

Phase 1 - Warehouse and Customer Service

• A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.

Phase 2 – Customer Relationships and Procurement

• A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.

Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales

• A focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.

Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations

• A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
