As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.
Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics
Phase 2 - Operations
Phase 3 - Inside Sales & Project Management (Counter or Showroom Sales)
Phase 4 - Outside Sales & Account Management
Phase 5 - This phase empowers you to use the skills you have developed throughout the program to determine your ideal career path.
In addition, we will offer you:
Salary Range: $45,000-50,000 + profit sharing
