Job summary

EMCO Corporation in Mississauga invites applicants to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. You will progress through a 4‑phase curriculum designed to expose you to shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management and more.

You will focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, counter support, and delivering world‑class service while building relationships with customers and vendors.

Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.

Additional duties will include:

• A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.


• A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.


• A focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.

Salary Range - 40,000 - 50,000 CAD Yearly
