Job summary

49North, a Canadian defence company, seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development – Defence Systems to drive market expansion across naval, autonomous, and multi-domain C5ISR programs. You will own the full capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through bid strategy to contract award, engaging CAF DIA stakeholders and defence partners.

Qualifications

Education with technical or business focus; relevant operational experience is valued.
Experience in capture management or technical business development in defence recommended.
Knowledge of naval/autonomous systems and C4ISR is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead market expansion in naval, autonomous, and C5ISR programs.
Own capture lifecycle from identification to contract award.
Engage CAF DIA stakeholders and defence ecosystem partners.
Translate complex requirements into winning proposals while aligning ITB rules.
