Job summary

Konrad is a Toronto-based AI-driven digital consultancy seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives and partner with stakeholders on data-informed strategy. You will own analytical problem solving from discovery to delivery, mentor junior analysts, and help establish best practices across data modeling, experimentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in data analytics, BI, product analytics or consulting analytics.
• Strong SQL expertise and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift/BigQuery).
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for analysis.
• Advanced experience with Looker/Tableau/Power BI for dashboards.
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytics architecture concepts.
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on with experiments (A/B testing) and statistical interpretation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present actionable insights.
• Experience presenting to leadership and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client and internal stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and measurement strategies.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end from discovery to recommendations.
• Design scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive and operational use.
• Develop and maintain metric definitions, documentation, and analytics standards.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design data models and reliable reporting layers.
• Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work for quality and rigor.
• Communicate insights through narratives, visualizations, and executive presentations.
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows and data quality.
