Konrad is a leading digital consultancy hiring a Consultant to join our Management Consulting team in Toronto. You will work with colleagues to deliver digital and AI projects, guiding clients through design thinking to create cutting-edge experiences.

You will support senior members on varied engagements, develop AI-enabled solutions across industries, and lead UX design thinking workshops to uncover opportunities that add value for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, design, or technology engagements.
• Demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work with good judgment about where they add value.
• Strong track record of client collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Interest in how digital and AI transform customer experiences.
• Appreciation for quality digital design and ability to translate insights into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members on projects from rapid-to-market initiatives to large digital/AI transformations.
• Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across industries.
• Lead or participate in UX design thinking workshops to uncover opportunities.
• Interpret client challenges and collaborate with design/tech teams to solve them.
• Conduct interviews and research using digital/AI tools to speed up synthesis.
• Manage project coordination and timelines.
• Stay current on digital, technology and AI trends and share insights with team and clients.
• Develop presentations, documentation and proposal responses.

About The Role

Konrad is looking for a Consultant to join our Management Consulting team. You'll work with colleagues to deliver digital and AI projects, and guide clients through design thinking to create cutting-edge experiences. We use modern digital and AI tools in our own work and help clients use them to transform their businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior team members on projects ranging from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital and AI transformations
• Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
• Lead and take part in UX design thinking workshops, including finding opportunities where digital and AI can add value
• Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them
• Conduct interviews and research on client processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to speed up research and synthesis
• Manage project coordination
• Stay current on digital, technology and AI trends, and share insights with the team and clients
• Develop presentations, documentation and proposal responses

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• A background in strategy, design and/or technology engagements
• A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology
• Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work, with good judgment about where they add value
• A strong track record of client collaboration
• Interest in emerging technologies and how digital and AI are changing customer experiences
