We are looking for a highly organized and creative Strategic Content Coordinator to take the lead in sourcing, managing, and optimizing user-generated content (UGC), influencer collaborations, customer interactions, and affiliate partnerships. Position Summary:

The Strategic Content Coordinator will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-quality content for the company’s promotional and marketing efforts. This includes forming partnerships with UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and customers to source compelling, brand-aligned content for campaigns across digital and social platforms. The role is highly outward-facing, requiring excellent communication skills to coordinate with customers, creators, and partners to obtain valuable content that showcases our products and brand story.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, engage, and build relationships with UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and customers to acquire high-quality content.
  2. Develop and implement content acquisition strategies through direct customer engagement, partnerships, and product-related projects.
  3. Coordinate with customers who use our products to gather testimonials, case studies, and visual content for promotional use.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with influencers, content creators, and affiliates.
  5. Manage content licensing, ensuring all obtained content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer, affiliate, and customer-generated content with brand campaigns.
  7. Track and analyze content performance to optimize strategy and improve engagement rates.
  8. Research industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of content and influencer marketing trends.
  9. Maintain a content library, ensuring all assets are properly categorized and readily available for use.
  10. Coordinate content requests and needs across various departments, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  11. Provide reporting and insights on content performance, campaign effectiveness, and partnership impact.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and digital content trends.
  3. Experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships with content creators, affiliates, and customers.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to engage and build relationships with customers to acquire testimonials, visual content, and feedback.
  6. Knowledge of content licensing, rights management, and influencer marketing tools is a plus.
  7. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategy decisions.
  8. Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
