Mastercard invites you to join the Associate Consultant Intern, Summer 2027 program in Toronto. You will work in small teams on strategic projects for leading brands, gaining exposure to business development, account management, and product management.

You’ll analyze data, translate insights into recommendations, and present clear results to internal teams and clients, while receiving hands‑on mentorship from a management team and building a professional network.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree with latest graduation date June 2028.
• Strong analytic, problem‑solving and quantitative skills.
• Experience with data analysis or querying tools (SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in teams.
• Clear interest in business and rapid learning in a consulting environment.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in small teams on strategic consulting projects across industries.
• Gain exposure to business development, account management, and product management.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and clients.
