Job summary

Sun Life Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Enablement within Group Retirement Services. The role reports to the AVP and supports strategy development, planning, and enablement.

You will conduct research, analyze data, engage senior stakeholders, and track strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes. Ideal candidates demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication, and comfort working in fast-paced teams.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual problem-solving and ability to structure business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for management updates and formal reports.
• Experience in secondary research and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and enablement for GRS leadership.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track strategic initiatives and report progress to senior leaders.
• Prepare and present updates and engage cross-functional partners.
