Sun Life is seeking a licensed Financial Services Consultant to support Group Retirement Savings client relationships in Toronto. This hybrid role combines wealth management guidance, retirement planning, and client education to help members reach financial goals.

Key duties include conducting portfolio reviews, aiding with enrollment, and coordinating with payroll for contributions while achieving service and sales targets. A strong license and planning certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed and active Life Insurance License (LLQP).
• Experience selling and supporting clients with investment/savings products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport via phone or video.
• Owner's mindset in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing Sun Life clients with GRS to educate on investments and product enrollment.
• Provide investment guidance aligned with client retirement planning.
• Help clients become retirement-ready using planning tools.
• Review portfolios and assist with asset consolidation.
• Create investment risk profiles to match risk tolerance.
• Contribute to sales and service targets through benefits awareness and payroll-related matters.
