Matheson Constructors is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large or multiple construction projects. You will report to the Project Manager and assist with administration, cost control, scheduling, quality management, safety compliance, and overall project performance.

You will establish reporting systems, maintain documentation, prepare reports, and support project teams with coordination tasks.

Competenze

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with mid-to-large general contractors is an asset.
Experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or civil construction environments is an asset.

Mansioni

Establish and maintain project reporting systems, including cost reports, file logs, submittal logs, change order logs, and project correspondence.
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and specialized documents with accuracy and professional formatting.
Support project teams with administrative and coordination activities as required.
Assist the Project Manager with project budget development and ongoing cost monitoring.
Monitor project financial performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
Coordinate project meetings and distribute agendas, minutes, and action items.
