Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Procurement professional to lead tender reviews, establish pricing, and manage supplier contracts across North America. You will drive spend analysis, market insights, and strategic supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Procurement/Supply Chain or Project Management certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of strategic, transactional, and international procurement.
• Strong data/analytical skills.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Demonstrated risk management skills.
• Ability to develop and manage contracts and supplier relationships.
• Strong implementation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor and support all construction tenders.
• Lead and establish unit pricing for civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, flooring, finishing and general carpentry items.
• Establish major construction material contracts for signage, boilers, panels, lighting, controls and others.
• Plan and execute a Utility strategy for gas, water and electricity for all properties across North America.
• Review and support facility service contracts (landscaping, janitorial, network services).
• Analyze spend portfolio and determine procurement approach by dollars, importance and value delivery.
• Develop subject matter expertise in supply market and advise on trends.
• Identify, implement and manage supplier relationships to meet Brandt’s needs.
• Master the contracting process (negotiation, contract prep and admin).
• Deliver commercially sound supplier contracts meeting tech, quality and cost goals.
• Interface with suppliers and units to reduce costs, standardize goods/services, and adopt new supplier tech.
• Deliver and track quantifiable financial benefits.
