You will translate business strategy into compelling communications, shaping brand positioning and media relations while crafting executive messaging.

This full-time, on-site role requires collaboration with HR, Marketing, Legal and external agencies to rollout policies and initiatives while maintaining consistent messaging

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors is preferred.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will own and elevate our company's narrative across all internal and external channels, translating business strategy into compelling communications. You will be responsible for brand positioning, media relations, executive communications, internal messaging, and the rollout of company-wide policies and initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
