Fundserv Inc. is seeking a Communications Advisor to support planning, development and execution of internal, external and crisis communications. You will develop plans and messaging, advise leaders on audiences and channels, and write clear content for multiple platforms.

You will partner with leaders and creative teams to ensure accessible, visually effective communications, while meeting brand and translation requirements and using data to improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing communications plans for B2B, internal and external audiences.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messages for different audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of brand standards, tone of voice and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop communications plans, messaging and materials to support business priorities and engage audiences.
• Advise leaders on objectives, audiences, timing, tone and channels.
• Write, edit and proofread content for email, newsletters, intranet, website and social media.
• Collaborate with leaders and creative teams to develop accessible, visually effective communications.
• Prepare and distribute communications meeting brand, accessibility, quality and translation requirements.
• Use data to assess effectiveness and improve tools, templates and processes.
