Job summary

Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to grow and protect a portfolio of commercial clients. You will build relationships, lead strategic conversations, and apply technical judgement to assess risk and structure coverage.

You will manage renewals, pursue new business, and collaborate with insurers and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and long-term growth for Schill.

Qualifications

Must hold a Level 2 general insurance license.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, products and risk exposures.
Experience in account management and client-facing advisory roles.

Responsibilities

Grow and protect a portfolio of commercial clients.
Lead client and prospect meetings focused on operations, risk, and coverage needs.
Renewals and endorsements with a focus on outcomes and gaps in coverage.
Maintain complete client records in Epic and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
