Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to staff.

Responsibilities

• Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for day-to-day banking operations.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify, plan and deliver solutions based on client requirements.
• Participate in ongoing contact programs to build relationships and provide value-added service.
