Job summary
Desjardins is seeking a Senior Advisor, Client Relations in Montreal for Group Retirement Savings to ensure the highest satisfaction among strategic clients. You will develop, implement, and follow up on action plans, analyze needs, and present tailored solutions to pension committees and at annual meetings.
You will collaborate with internal teams and intermediaries, manage complex plan implementations, and support the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- Experience delivering presentations to executive-level clients.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Six years of experience in group retirement savings advisable.
- Certificate in group annuities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients.
- Drive results by promoting solutions aligned with unit objectives.
- Analyze client needs and design customized solutions for goals.
- Lead complex initiatives requiring deep domain knowledge.
- Collect and analyze data; write results-focused reports.
- Create and present materials to pension committees and annual meetings.
- Manage complex plan implementations and coordinate internal/external teams.
- Support the sales team in finalist and intermediary meetings.
