Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Senior Advisor, Client Relations, Group Retirement Savings, to ensure top-tier satisfaction for strategic clients in a complex, high-impact environment. You will develop and maintain strong market references while addressing diverse needs and delivering tailored solutions.

You will lead presentations to executives, coordinate plan implementations, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in the group retirement savings industry.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive-level clients.
• Group annuity representative certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients and execute action plans.
• Promote solutions and services aligned with unit objectives and strategies.
• Analyze client needs and design customized solutions.
• Manage complex plan implementations and coordinate with internal teams and external resources.
• Support sales by participating in finalist meetings and intermediary meetings.
• Develop and deliver presentations to pension committees and at clients’ annual meetings.
