Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ financial services industry experience in a high growth environment.
• 2+ years’ experience in vendor and custodian management.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer/client-service facing role.
• Experience in wealth management or regulated industry is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel with large data sets and complex comparisons.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of client-related data across multiple business systems.
• Maintain data integrity through validation, reconciliation and quality control processes.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies affecting client-facing platforms and internal operations.
• System Enablement & Optimization: Support development and implementation of internal system enablement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and enhancements; participate in testing and rollout of features.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation; design streamlined processes.
• Contribute to automation tools and scripts with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and regulatory requirements; identify and escalate risks.
• Participate in audits and remediation efforts; ensure service standards.
