Job summary

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is seeking a Board Governance Specialist to manage board and committee operations, including agendas, minutes, and materials in Diligent. You will support Board Education, Orientation, and crisis management programs while ensuring timely posting of approved documents on OTPP’s governance site.

You will collaborate with Board Members and the Executive Team, coordinate multiple tasks with discretion, and help drive governance excellence across committees.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance and minute taking.

Responsibilities

• Board Administration: Develop and maintain annual work plans; prepare agendas, run sheets, minutes, actions items; post materials to Diligent.
• Board Administration: Support Benefits Adjudication Committee hearings; support Board Education and Orientation; update Diligent Repository.
• Board Administration: Coordinate notices and schedules for special meetings; manage board content on OTPP site; draft resolutions.
