Swim Recruiting is seeking an experienced Collections & AR Specialist based in Coquitlam, BC. You will focus on B2B collections, reduce aging AR, and support the AR Lead by resolving discrepancies and negotiating settlements when appropriate.

This full-time role emphasizes communication across Project Managers, Sales, Controller, CFO, and the Owner/Founder, with a focus on improving cash flow. Salary range $50,000–$64,000 plus benefits and performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent and relevant collections experience in a mid-sized organization, preferably BC-based.
• Predominantly B2B collections experience with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the AR Lead on collecting a high amount of funds owed to the company.
• Develop payment plans and negotiate settlements when appropriate to balance relationships and company objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Managers, Controller, CFO, and Owner/Founder to improve cash flow.
